Saatvika Kantamneni is an independent producer, production and stage manager for theatre and live events based in India. She holds an MA in Collaborative Theatre Production and Design from Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London.
She is currently a producer with Akvarious Productions, having produced over 15 shows since 2020. She has also produced the Tibetan theatre production Pah-Lak that toured India and Europe. Additionally she has co-conceived Think Big, Think Small, a programme on producing live events by Bhasha Centre; co-authored Backstage Pass Camp, a technical and design workshop for Connections India at the NCPA; and has run the DSFM Niloufer Sagar Alumni Production Grant since its inception. She has been Senior Stage Manager for Disney Aladdin in India. She has worked with QTP Entertainment as stage manager for three years. She has also been Festival Director of Thespo, a national level youth theatre festival, for two years. Theatre credits include The F Word (Akvarious Productions), A Small Family Business (NCPA and Akvarious Productions), The Kite Runner (Akvarious and D for Drama), Eidgah Ke Jinnat (Bhasha Centre), Great Expectations (Attic Theatre Company).
Driven by the belief that “the show must go on,” Saatvika steps into whatever role is needed—whether it’s managing plays, lights, sound, costumes, or sets. She enjoys creating collaborative work that challenges the world we live in.
